The hotel has a mix of old but well-equipped rooms and newer, more modern rooms. Rooms are spacious with double doors opening onto a veranda above the pool, but noise from weddings can be disruptive. Service is lacking in sincerity despite promises of room upgrades. Location is convenient for visiting Lake Como and surrounding areas. Dining offers a good selection but nothing exceptional. Overall, a decent choice with room for improvement.
